A kneadable two part, fast-curing putty. Supplied in stick form,
which automatically gives correct mix proportions. When kneaded,
3463 cures in 10 minutes. It will stick to damp surfaces and cures
even under water. Hence it is ideal for emergency sealing of leaking
pipes and tanks, disguising/smoothing welds, filling and repairing
cracks in castings.
